I’ve been living in 2039 Blackrock Avenue since April 1972. We had 3 land lord changes in that time period. Mr. Rraci, has been the BEST of them all. My God bless him and his sons Hyden and Tim. Halit Rraci:
Immigrating to America in the 70’s with his family and a vision for a better life. Working 3 jobs and watching a family of 8, life was not easy but the passion for a better life and his dedication to his family is what kept him motivated. After years of hard work and suffering, he was able to purchase his first property and lead the way to a new beginning and a brighter future. He knew real estate was the best investment and in 1986 he was able to purchase his first property and start his family business with his sons.
